Frenetta Tate Global LLC was established to address a recurring challenge within organizations: misalignment between leadership intent, operational execution, and the lived experience of employees.
Over time, I observed highly capable leaders navigating increasing complexity without the clarity, alignment, or structural support required to sustain performance and engagement. I saw organizations invest in strategy while underestimating the cultural and operational conditions necessary for that strategy to succeed. I also saw women leaders carrying disproportionate responsibility while navigating systems not designed to fully support their advancement.
Frenetta Tate Global was created to close those gaps.
I partner with organizations and leadership teams to strengthen how work gets done, how people are led, and how culture is experienced—particularly during periods of growth, change, or transition. Our work focuses on bringing alignment between strategy, operations, leadership behavior, and organizational culture so that performance is both measurable and sustainable.
With extensive experience across business operations, workplace experience, leadership development, and people-centered strategy, I bring a systems-level perspective to organizational challenges. This allows us to identify root causes, not just symptoms, and to design solutions that reflect how organizations actually operate—not how they are expected to operate in theory.
